ramblin_ag02, I understand your skepticism with faith healers I myself think that most of that is hogwash. However what about the documented scientific evidence where people are told they have incurable cancer, etc with only days or weeks to live and are told to go home and die. The next day, etc they wake up feeling better than they ever have and go back to the doctor for another checkup only to be told that they are incurably healed of the disease. Miracles happen and it is not for use to question why or even to understand why because God works in mysterious ways. People often say that they need to see proof of the existence of God. Well he doesn't need to provide that to you to prove his existence. He is here he is everywhere and those that believe have nothing to fear because they take comfort in knowing in the final hours of this life and in the next one God will be by their side taking care of them. I always tell atheists that they had better be right and they had better be able to prove it because there is a ZERO margin of error if they are incorrect. Are you 100% certain that God doesn't exist and can you prove it scientifically? I would wager that if you embarked upon such a journey to disprove the existence of God for every stone you turned over you would fine more and more questions pointing to his existence. Of course this would take an unbiased and objective approach on your part but I suspect that like so many who have come before, you would find the answers you were looking for it's just that they would not support the theory you started out with.
