Below is a link to a tool recently created in which one can see which New Testament verses were quoted by the Nicene fathers, or, vice-versa, which verses where quoted by an individual father.

The author of the tool explains why this matters:

Quote:

The New Testament is unique in all of antiquityit can be largely reconstructed entirely from quotations in contemporary writings. By comparison, the earliest surviving manuscript of The Iliad dates to the 10th century AD despite being written in 8th century BC, yet it is still considered the second most well-attested ancient text in history.

The very existence of the Gospels affirms Luke 16:31.
The tool itself:

And a short walkthrough video on X of the tool:

The author of the tool is a truly fascinating person. Her handle on X is DataRepublican (small r). She is apparently severely handicapped (some form of deafness but is also restricted in her ability to sign and communicate) and may be autistic. She is a computer and database wizard and has been posting on X for some time. Musk stumbled on her and has apparently hired her for Doge. Lest you decide to ignore her for partisan political reasons, one of her recent projects has been to identify "smurfing" by elected politicians (i.e., using thousands of fake donors to accumulate massive political donations in violation of federal election law), and her first publicized target was Republican Tom Cotton of Arkansas.

She's an interesting character, she had a deep dive into poll numbers during the election when I first stumbled upon her. I didn't know about her challenges until just recently, she may have disabilities in some areas but has more than made up for them with an incredibly sharp and analytical mind.
