Is the claim that "all abortion ends a human life" uncontentious? Shouldn't it be uncontentious?
Surely the fetus is a life, correct? Nobody claims that it's an inanimate object, right? Maybe it's just at the level of plant life, but it's life, right?
And it's certainly not a walrus or a kitten. What could it be but a human life?
It depends what you consider a "human life".
If you believe a human embryo is a baby, then abortion ends a human life.
If you believe a human embryo is living human tissue that can develop into a baby, then abortion doesn't end a human life.
If you believe an embryo is a baby, then a new born should be able to be cryo-frozen without killing it. If cryo-freezing kills a new-born but not an embryo, then they must be fundamentally different.
