Saw a thread on the Politics forum that I think needs some scrutiny from a religious/philosophical point of view. There have already been a number of papers about the improvements to AI and its affect on human relationships and romantic love.

I am coming at this from the Christian definition of love and I would like to hear a serious (humorous is ok) take from the R&P community.

This would be a great topic. I really don't think I've thought about this one enough to form a full opinion.

I could only find the abstract to the paper you listed. The full paper was $49. Do you know if its free somewhere?

lol.. he already gave a speech to the G7 on this topic warning that such powerful technology, "risks turning human relations themselves into mere algorithms."
