...between world wide mass immigration, diversity conflict and the Tower of Babel?

ETA - Mass displacement then...mass gathering now. Thoughts?
Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and myself founded empires; but upon what foundation did we rest the creations of our genius? Upon force! But Jesus Christ founded His upon love; and at this hour millions of men would die for Him. - Napoleon Bonaparte

What argument are you trying to make? Is your position that it's a sin to migrate?

Not making an argument. Migration is definitely NOT a sin. Concept for my query is whether God in His infinite wisdom confused man's language so as make them disperse, i.e., go forth and populate the world, whereas now borders, race and nationalities are seemingly dissolving into a common/amalgamated culture (questionable word choice). Just asking whether there is/maybe/maybe not a Biblical correlation?

Not sure that helps.

I think the Europeans spread their culture, language, and way of life much more than any migrant to the US today. And the Romans also spreaded their culture, language, and way of life throughout the known world.

And I think we successfully filled the earth. Probably the one command of God we can say we actually did.

But I also don't think the take away from the tower of babel is that a common language is bad.

Still wondering...whether mass migration/open borders, in God's eyes is...good or bad??? People relocate to other nations, but don't or don't seem to want to assimilate or adopt their new environment.

Gen 11:9 Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of the whole earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of the whole earth.

I think God confused the language and did the scattering. I do not think the scattering was because their languages were confused.

But I think this began to happen almost as soon as they were dispersed and with the advent of various transportation. Certainly the U.S. was built on dissolving into a single group who speaks English.

I moved. Did not assimilate. I didn't learn the language (some but not really) or adopt many of the customs. And no one really expected me to.

The weird thing is that they speak my language. They adopted much of my culture, my values, and my beliefs. There are 2 taco places within a 2 minute walk and one Texas BBQ restaurant. All the signs are in English.

Much of the world has already assimilated to us, without ever migrating.

Their borders are open to us, but ours are most definitely not open to them.

Why would it be a sin? What is the sinful behavior?

Honestly it appears you are trying to justify xenophobia.

And biblically, when the Israelites moved into the promised land, they were told to not assimilate.

Where would the world be without Jamaica learning English, albeit a painful way?

Where would the world be without hearing Bob Marley in the English tongue?

Okay...go on.
