Helped with a Walk to Emmaus weekend and the testimonies were amazing; we can only speak in generalities to protect identities, but in one group were two retired police officers and two ex-cons. They got along very well.

There were two ex-Mormons who had served missions. One of the ex-cons testified about God healing him from chronic back pain and addiction to cigarettes while in prison.

Numerous stories of people growing up in Mormonism, losing their faith and family and how God restored relationships for them and a new faith not in an institution, but in the Lord Jesus Christ.
