A religious question: Does every planet with advanced life forms have its own god & Jesus?
What's your answer?
I am often asked:
Do you believe there is a god that created the universe that included billions and billions of planets and, about 10 billion years after he started, he created the only planet (earth) that would eventually house advanced life forms? And about 4 billion years after he created the earth, he created Jesus?
Next question: You really don't believe that, do you?
I do realize that, out of the billions and billions of planets, there are probably at least a billion planets with advance life forms.
I often hear individuals say things that imply not only do they believe that there is a god watching over the earth, that god actually spends much of his time overlooking the health and wellbeing of that particular individual:
A common statement: "God has a plan for me."
Also (very common): They often remark how often god acted in their lives. Such as: God (changed / altered / caused) something to happen (sometimes good / sometimes bad) in their life because of their behavior towards him (prayed / didn't pray / etc.).
Could we have:
a god overlooking each of us earthlings (7+ billion gods), or
a god overlooking all of us earthlings , or
a god overlooking each solar system, each galaxy, or over the entire universe (which would include the billions of galaxies and all the other advanced life forms living there)?
What do you believe?
