How did - for an easy subject that we can all relate to - humans evolve?

Did our liver, kidneys, etc etc all just "evolve" at one time?

Take away an organ and you have, well, nothing that evolves.

Take a fuel pump out of a vehicle. It won't run

I honestly want to learn how we evolved without intelligent design

I won't post it here, but it was not difficult to find a PDF of this: https://global.oup.com/academic/product/the-evolution-of-organ-systems-9780198566687?cc=us&lang=en&

You post a link to a book.

Why bother doing that?

You didn't answer my question at all

You asked a scientific question, and stated you were interested in learning the answer. I provided a source where you could find answers to that question. I put the food on the table for you, I'm not interested in bringing the spoon to your mouth.

Do you? your last thread on the topic was a bit hit and run.

The concept you are alluding to is called irreducible complexity. It doesn't hold up:

If you take an evolved organ out of an evolved animal that animal will cease to function. That doesn't mean the organ appeared sui generis. It means they evolved with one another from earlier life forms. It also means as we evolve we don't use all our body parts as initially designed. Think the appendix and wisdom teeth.

For a good layman's read, see "Your Inner Fish"

Curious. Do you think it's reasonable to continue to use wisdom teeth or the appendix as an example of evolution?

When I consider wisdom teeth, are they not useful until they are pulled out of one's mouth like any other teeth? Think about all of the people that do not have local dentists on the planet that still have theirs? I don't see how it logically follows that:
A. something exists (like an appendix)
B. we do know what it's function is and we can live without it
C. this is evidence of evolution.

I don't believe these statements below change the logic above...
"The lowly appendix, long-regarded as a useless evolutionary artifact, won newfound respect two years ago when researchers at Duke University Medical Center proposed that it actually serves a critical function"

Note that I said, "not as initially designed." We have found that the appendix contributes to the body, but it is not used in that capacity by other animals. It's part of the digestive system for largely herbivorous mammals. Ours is much reduced and does not have the same level of importance (though it is not vestigial). Same for wisdom teeth. Our jaws used to be larger to accompany a third set of molars that helped crush plant material. Human evolution changed with the advent of cooking and eventually agriculture so that large jaws were not required for eating. Wisdom teeth became vestigial.

What is an evolutionist? Does everything have to be a sect? Am I a contraceptionist if I believe in using condoms?

I think "rational human being" is a perfectly acceptable alternative usage.

Not every question can be answered accurately with only a few paragraphs or a Biblcal verse.
