So is it over now? Any legal-types want to chime in on this?

While we are not nor ever have been part of the lawsuits, each person must handle loss and grief differently. And for many of you all 12 were NOT adults. Tim JR was only 17.

Tim's Parents, i appreciate that Tim Jr. was not legally an adult, but he was more man than most of the guys I knew while on campus. You raised him well.
