So is it over now? Any legal-types want to chime in on this?

If it's over...we're approaching a very interesting and important crossroad for the future of bonfire.

While we are not nor ever have been part of the lawsuits, each person must handle loss and grief differently. And for many of you all 12 were NOT adults. Tim JR was only 17.

This should have been on the longer thread where a number of posters said all were adults.

Tim's Parents, I hope you are both well. You are often in my thoughts and prayers. It is always special to me that you handed my son his Aggie Ring.

Tim's Parents, i appreciate that Tim Jr. was not legally an adult, but he was more man than most of the guys I knew while on campus. You raised him well.

Every time I read Texags and come across some of you snivelling, tradition hating ladies, I lose a little more hope for A&M. Some of you candy-asses clearly got lost on the way to Austin, Lubbock or Waco. Please buy a map and leave. - Buck Turgidson
