On another thread someone referenced that Bonfire 94 was 70' tall. I thought that by the end they had gotten taller than that. I was thinking more in the 80+ range

I was trying to remember the length of logs for the different stacks.

I remember it being something to the extent of

1st - 22-24'
2nd - 20ish
3rd - 16ish?
4th - 12ish?
5th - 8?
6th - 6?

All of those numbers are a WAG. That would put stack at 86'.

Any insight?

I thought 1st was 21', 2nd was 18', 3rd was 15' and 4th was 12'. I'm certain that the term "55-foot grade killer" was a little low. I'd guess about 75' to the top of CP.

The 1999 Stack was 59 ft tall (with 4 out of 6 tiers being built) when it collapsed.

I should have dimensions from an old science fair project I did. 1996 maybe. I'll see if they still exist while I'm at my parents' over the holidays.

I don't remember the exact numbers, but I found some old pics that can help ballpark the scale.

Here's 1st stack 1993. I'm guessing its 15 to 18 ft.

Here's 2nd, 3rd and 4th stack from 1994, part deux. The guy on the bottom right is the same guy from the bottom right of the previous image. I guess 3rd stack is 10 to 12 ft.
