Does anyone know if there exists a history of bonfire with its locations other than the new student bonfire locations and the polo grounds area where the memorial is? I am doing a project about it and am wondering about historical locations of the bonfire by year. thanks!

Simpson through like '55 or so, Duncan through '91, Polo through '99. Not sure on '02-'04, but '05 was that race track, '06 through '08 Mr. Davis, and '09 to present Mr. Lightzi (sp).

'03 was at Cut site.
'04 was at Hot Rod Hill (same place as '05).

'02 was at some paintball ranch called Boondocks, I think. Cut was on the same site.
'03 cut & stack site was off Boonville Rd in Bryan, I think.

The place was called Soggy Bottom at the time of the '02 fire. It later changed to Boondock Rec. Ranch.
I thought '03 was off of ORR, not Boonville.
