That way we can all safely ignore them in peace!

If I worked for a company or was in an organization that quite literally had a comment box with a paper shredder underneath it, I think I would realize there are some serious problems with those driving the ship.

For the most part, women do not have the strong leadership attitudes that are required to stand up and make their voice heard.
Many women will not make a unpopular (but correct) decision because they feel it will not make everyone 'happy'.
Some decisions and discussions require strong opinions and a strong 'backbone'. Some women have this strong backbone and will stand up for what they know is right but most will fold under pressure (even if they are right).
There are women leaders, look at KFH (FHK for you young-uns), they have female leadership and they do a great job.
On the other hand, look at the percentage of people out there (my estimates are 75-80% male) and the bulk of the leaders will be male just by the odds off it. The off balance number of males participating coupled with the type of leader required will lead itself to males being picked for leadership most (if not all) the time.
Now, go ahead and dissect my statements and twist them to make me appear sexist or something. Have you ever considered a job in the news? You can twist people's words better than I have seen any news org do

So Slim, I'm confused, did the board hear about the comments you made here, or didn't they?

the board heard from other people that slim made said comments here. Had those that informed the board and complained not done so, they may never have known.
