Along with the English Patient and Crash...Million Dollar Baby. Gladiator was also pretty weak. There hasn't really been a solid winner this decade.

Relatively speaking, most of the movies being listed are bad.

Crash won the same award as Casablanca? My Fair Lady? Gone with the Wind? It's not even in the same league as Amadeus or Annie Hall.

Forest Gump was at least good when it came out, but it really hasn't held up all that well.
