I think my all time favorite would have to be Goldeneye on N64. The new Godfather game is also pretty entertaining, althouigh pretty much Grand Theft Auto 1940s (not at all a bad thing)

no game measures up to goldeneye im afraid. i heard king kong was good on the 360, but i never played it and i have serious doubts that it could measure up to GE

The Spider Man games, Spiderman and Spiderman 2, that came out with the movies were good.
Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay for the Xbox is an example of a game that is 100 times more entertaining than the movie series it is based on.
