You can't dunk your ring anymore!? Why the hell not?

We had friends in from out of state when my beloved wife-to-be dunked her ring in a pitcher of Shiner Bock at Dudley's. As she sat on the porch drinking straight from the pitcher our confused friends just asked, "Do all the girls here drink like that?". Too funny.

well for several years now the chicken hasn't let people dunk their rings inside, and now that they don't allow open containers out in the back, you can't do it out there either.

TABC law has always (well, in my drinking lifetime) that you cant sell more than 32 ounces of beer to one person, and CS TABC decided to start enforcing it a few years back which = no ring dunking.

I used to love that song; it came out while I was a student and everything was relevant. Saddens me how much has changed.
