Okay, this was the best thing showing at the little theater we were near, so we chanced it. And I have to admit, I thought it was cute. I mean, it's not the Breakfast Club of its generation or anything, but it worked well. Definitely worth the matinee.

Enjoyed it! And it has Bruce Campbell in it!

What age group is this good for?

My 3 year old enjoyed it, and so did my 10 year old little brother.

Yeah, different ages will get different things from out of it. It's mostly aimed as a coming-of-age movie, but the kid's parents aren't just wood, either. There are some adult jokes in there (nothing kid-bad, though):

"Did I mention it's her evil twin?"
"... Friday night, you say?"

Younger kids will just see cool costumes and flying and stuff. -heh- It's rated PG.
