Does anybody know what's happened lately with Travis Meeks and the band? I've kind of been out of the loop since the second album. Their website seems to have info that's about a year old and it said they were releasing a fourth album. Has anyone listened to their third album?

Travis Meeks fired the band after the first album. They went on to form Tantric. Last I heard Travis Meeks is working on his 4th album under the name Days of The New. No clue if he's going to name the album that, just like the other three have been named.

Their "official" website said that it was going to be called purple. That was about a year ago though.

I think Travis Meeks has been in and out of rehab for the last few years and is not working on his music much because of it.

Last I heard he had lost his record deal and was living with his parents again because he had blown all of his money on meth.

Juan's info may be more recent than that and he may be back to work on the album, but I am not sure.

I did not realize this at the time, but he was only 16 when he made the first DOTN record and 17 when they toured the world opening for Metallica.

Travis was featured on the A&E documentary show "Intervention" a few months back. BigAg95 is correct- He was living with his mother and had wasted all his money on meth. Pretty sad. He agreed to go to treatment but I have no idea what the result was...

I saw that episode. A sad thing - a meth head - and he had a kid that needed a clear headed father too.
