Might as well buy it if you were going to rent it. It's like $5 and is usually in one of those cheap dvd bins.

Can use it for a coaster or frisbee after viewing it...

Detroit Rock City, it is not worth renting.

Freaks and Geeks, that is a good movie from the same era.

Detroit ock City was a great movie. Cheesy at times but really great.

I thought "Dazed" was on a whole different level from "Detroit Rock City". There are some obvious similiarities, but I think DRS is closer to "Dude who stole my car" than anything.
