Besides Harry P, I mean.

I'm really looking forward to Jordan's latest Wheel of Time book (though the series is taking much too long and I don't see how he'll end it anytime soon with all the foreshadowing that has yet to be fulfilled) in October.

Even better, George RR Martin is releasing the long overdue Feast for Crows in November.

Also on my list is Sword of Angels by John Marco in September.

Anyone else got suggestions?

Feast for Crows, definitely. It's going to take a long time to finish the whole series though :/

Yep, Feast of Crows for me, too.

Ditka, I had forgotten about T Goodkind. Good Stuff.

I bought the first book in Eddings latest series and didn't care much for it. His stuff has lessened a little like Dean Koontz and Raymond Feist.

I am waiting on Jordan's next one as well. Hopefully, things will start to wrap up in that series.

I checked out on Goodkind's series after a while and have lost track of it.

Supposedly, according to Jordan, the WOT series is going to end by book 12.

I don't see any way in hell that is going to happen, though.

He's lost a lot of fans over the last few years because he has tried to milk this series for all that it is worth.

There are two more books in Jordan's series. The paper back to New Spring has a few pages of the Prologue to Path of Daggers. The entire prologue is suppose to be available on E-Book sometime this month. If you read the few pages from the New Spring paperback, you can definitely tell that the sheet is about to hit the fan and this book will be action packed.

Yes, I am a Robert jordan geek and am anxiously awaiting October for Path of Daggers.

George RR Martin is really good, too. I enjoy the fact that not all of the good guys live. It's too neat when all of the heroes live and all of the bad guys die.

I read the first 6 WoT books and just stopped. They got old.

To each their own.

I enjoyed re-reading the Chronicles of Narnia and loyd Alexander's Chronicle of Prydain (The black Cauldron). I finished those a few months ago and enjoyed them back in my childhood. I hope the Lion, Witch and Wardrobe is done as well as the LotR in movie format.

A Feast for Crows should come out in November. The next Jordan book is Knife of Dreams by the way. Can't wait for either of them. I'm reading the current Feist and Eddings series as well. Can't say I'm as excited about those.

Absolutely. This is one of the best things about the series. I also appreciate how he is able to make you cheer (if only a little bit) for some characters at some times and root against the same characters at other times (e.g., Tyrion Lannister.)

My bad, big brain lapse. Knife of Dreams. I just got done re-reading the entire series and all of the titles are floating around in my head.

Though I do like some of the good guys dying, I did hate the fact that Rob died. That really sucked.
