I'm far from a Star Wars nerd (I still haven't seen ep 4 or 5 because they looked stupid), but the previews of this look really good.

Because this one has Darth Vader, hopefully not even Lucas can screw it up. If it has lots of Vader kicking *** then I will give it a thumbs up.

That would mean you haven't seen A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back. The recent films are prequels and thus episodes 1, 2, and 3.

Honestly, I thought the last two were pieces of organic fertilizer. The original trilogy rocked. However, this one sounds like it has what the other's didn't--a prime villian. That was so much of the fun of the originals. Vader was such a wonderfully bad dude. I hope this one is as much fun of the originals.

I don't Star Wars can translate to TV. Maybe spinoffs for other films, but not TV.

Yes, but no one's really fighting against him in episodes one and two.

Anyway, glad I didn't read that before I saw the movie.
