I can't wait for this show. I think it might be my favorite show ever. I'm going with my girl and she is a huge Jack Ingram fan but she's never seen REK. I'm a huge REK fan but have never seen Ingram. Can't wait. Who else is gonna go?

Not me. They play in and around Nacogdoches all the time and I have no desire to see any of them. I just don't get the whole "Texas outlaw country music thing".

i plan to be there. i haven't seen REK in a few years so i'm psyched that he's playing at the end of the month. ingram is ok, but i don't really care to see him.

Even though I've been less than enthused by REK's shows lately, it's hard to pass him up in CS.

I'll be at the Hall to support Max Stallings!!! Those other guys don't need the money.

Sounds like a great show, but it'll draw way more than Harry's can hold. IMO, there's no worse place for a "big" concert in College Station. It's consistently oversold and gets way too crowded to move. I'm a HUGE fan of Jack, but I'll probably go to see Max, as it will be a more laid back show and not the typical "Pat F'n Green" crowd that Harry's usually draws.

I wish that the Hall or Wolf Pen could get more "big name" combos like this show.

Are you a die-hard devotee to classic rock, blues, etc? I always found it funny, through my years in the music business, how fans of country can easily adapt to the other styles, but it's always the die-hard rock n' rollers that pan country and seem non-flexible.

BTW, are you even old enough to attend a Jack Ingram or REK show? Don't knock it 'till you try it, son.

How about I like the music I like and you like the music you like.Yes,I have seen some of it like Phill Prichett and Jason Boland and I thought both sucked.But that is just my opinion and I am sure their are thousands of people who think the music I like sucks.
