I like them but a good friend who likes anime, can't stand them.

That's because anime-philes aren't actually people. Anime fans, or "otaku" as they like to be called, are naturally imumune to the comedy genius that is The Venture Bros. because they lack things that regular humans have and need to thrive: for the most part gainful employment, attention from the opposite sex, an independence from the internet and TV, resistance to the wiles of cartoon women so young as to teeter on unlawful, and a healthy distaste for J-pop.

The episodes I have seen made me laugh.

Is the voice of Brock the guy that played Puddy on Seinfeld? The show is pretty funny.

I'm not sure but it does sound like Patrick Warburton. He was also Cronk in the Emperor's New Groove and the Tick on the live action show, plus he was on Dave's World with Harry Anderson.

yeah, thats Puddy playing Brock. he is ,of course Joe the wheelchair bound neighbor on Family Guy

For someone with absolutely no range, he sure is good at voice acting.

I'm surprise Phil Lamarr isn't on the show.
