This one episode took place a block from my house. I walk daily and watched this whole thing develop from the beginning to the conclusion over about 18 months.
Except for the fact that the building code for walls being three feet high and she chose to ignore it and the fact that she was from Laredo and probably thought she could bribe anyone to get what she wanted and the fact that the whole thing took 18 months and three hearings, the first two of which she declined to be ready for, to omitting the fact she ended up paying $21,000 for cease and desist orders that included fines, it was pretty close to reality.
