Gonna have to watch So I Married an Ax Murderer tonight.

Interesting this character is what she's best known for. Honestly didn't like how that character was written in Home Alone 2.

When Kevin asks her how about how she ended up like this, we get this answer:

"I wasn't always like this you know. I had a job. I had a home. I had a family. But the man I fell in love with, fell out of love with me. And when the opportunity came to fall in love again, I ran away from it."

What?????

Job + Family + Home - Break Up = Central Park Pigion Lady and younger version of same character from Marry Poppins….



Because she acted the part perfectly well and despite the weak backstory (which should be pretty important in this case) is still clearly a memorable character from a holiday classic.

I'll raise my glass to you this holiday season when we have that movie on. God speed!
