I don't remember her in Six Feet Under? Watched that whole series. May need a rewatch. Great show.
She was Lisa's overbearing actress boss. They lived in her back house and Nate always blocked the driveway.
RIP to a great one.

Seth Rogen said, "Really don't know what to say… I told O'Hara when I first met her I thought she was the funniest person I'd ever had the pleasure of watching on screen. Home Alone was the movie that made me want to make movies. Getting to work with her was a true honour [stet]. She was hysterical, kind, intuitive, generous… she made me want to make our show good enough to be worthy of her presence in it. This is just devastating. We're all lucky we got to live in a world with her in it."

I watched the John Candy documentary last month and I hadnt watched much SCTV but the skits she was in were fantastic. And of course they showed the John Candy van improv bits from filming home alone.

Curb Your Enthusiasm - her episode as Bam Bam is incredible
Catherine O'Hara is brilliant in so many shows and movies, but I haven't seen anyone mention her guest spot on Curb Your Enthusiasm yet. She's responsible for one of the very funniest moments in the history of the show. pic.twitter.com/GxVTOvZLFN

Words seem inadequate to express the loss I feel today. I had the honor of knowing and working with the great Catherine O'Hara for over fifty years," said Eugene in a statement. "From our beginnings on the Second City stage, to SCTV, to the movies we did with Chris Guest, to our six glorious years on *****t's Creek, I cherished our working relationship, but most of all our friendship. And I will miss her.

Every time I watch it, it gets funnier and funnier. Fred Willard still is the GOAT for me though.
