20 minutes in and I hope they explain why Desi would be stupid enough to let the cops search the house. That is something so stupid I won't be able to get past.
The same reason all cop shows seen to rely on the suspects never asking for a lawyer and instead confessing to the crime…

Loved it for about 90% of the way, but thought it would have been better if they had kept the movie completely contained within that house and cul-de-sac. The separate chases at the end became cliche action movies and diminished the gritty tension it had built up until that point. Even the scene in the back of that armored police vehicle was great, so maybe if they had ended it in there I would have been satisfied. But otherwise, that's just a minor gripe, and I definitely recommend it.

but even Affleck and Matt Damon on JRE stated that it sucks that Hollywood has to dumb everything down
that in all their movies they have to restate what is happening like three times
because the viewers are doing their laundry while watching the movie.

somehow my Youtube algorithm is now sending me hundreds of true crime police investigations into homicides
and every single time, an intelligent person has to be thinking
"why are the suspects never asking for a lawyer and instead being caught in lies for hours"!!!

I'm just gonna say I there were 2 obvious tips to what was going on that I caught all by myself in real time. So that was rewarding.
