Yeah... It doesn't really matter if Nicepool is Baldoni or not. You can lampoon or satirize people all you want. It's free expression. What you can't do is hire a PR firm to spread rumors and false allegations to undermine someone because you may or may not have committed sexual harassment. That's getting into libel/defamation territory, and if those texts really exist about wanting to bury her, you're flirting with actual malice too.

If it comes down to, "She was being a ***** and taking over/He was sexually harassing women and being wildly inappropriate in the workplace," only one of those is really going to come with receipts, and it's the same one you can't legally do.

Like- I don't know what he's trying to prove, other than she's a ***** and he hates her (which is the same thing she seems to be trying to prove).

She's directing this as much as he is. (Which seems to be the problem- he was not ever a legit director. Now- that's on her for working with him in the first place.)
