Easily the best movie of the franchise so far!!

The plot was very well done. Action scenes were off the charts. The humor top notch as always. Keanu also NAILED Shadow.

BE SURE TO STAY FOR A MID AND POST CREDIT SCENE!!!!

***EDIT*** the scores are starting to come in from Rotten Tomatoes and this franchise has set the bar for video game movies IMO

what's amazing is how poorly this franchise started with the first trailer and the massive fan backlash on sonic's design.....but the studio wisely listened to the fans and here we are now at the third film and it sounds incredibly good!

i've personally never been that big of a fan of sonic and haven't seen any of these but happy to hear that they seem to be getting better and better and i want anything keanu reeves is in to be a big hit anyway

Tails has always been one of my favorite video game characters and I grew up playing the Sonic games up to Sonic and knuckles. These movies set the bar for video game adaptations in my mind, they're that good

My son is more excited for this movie than Christmas day. He loves all things Sonic. Taking the fam tonight. It's hard not to feed off his excitement. Sounds like it should be a good kick-off for the holiday break.

curious ages? middle school? high school?

I have 3 under 8. They love 1 & 2 and I just don't think 3 will be for them. Maybe my 8 year old on demand.

I remember when I bought my Sega Genesis, it came with Altered Beast, but I also had a voucher for a brand new game called Sonic the Hedgehog. This was just when they were changing the game that came with the Genesis from Altered Beast to Sonic. I had no idea at the time how big Sonic would become as a character. It's been interesting to watch over the years.

I just got out. I enjoyed it, but I think I liked the first one best. My daughter and her friend loved it, though, and they think I'm an idiot for saying the first was better. Granted, I really don't know anything about the Sonic world after Tails and Knuckles. If you enjoyed either of the first two, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This is the only time in movie history I can really think of where a studio listened to fan feedback and adjusted. Now they just tell the fans they're racist.

And good to hear about 4 coming on. We saw it last night. GREAT message. My wife teared up. I have it rated above 2 but still favor the OG.

Well my kids loved it...that's what counts. I really haven't understood wtf is going on in relation to the game since the first movie (which I truly enjoyed). This was definitely a better watch than the 2nd for me.

You would have to have played Sonic 2/Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic 3 was based on Sonic Adventure 2. The hardcore fans like myself have been loving all of these movies and have just been giddy with how accurate they're sticking to the games stories

Watched the movie after attending a 9 year memorial service for my mom. I was not ready for a line that deep.
