Guess they finally worked through their issues with Henry Cavill. Cavill is a superfan of Warhammer 40k, he plays the tabletop game as Custodes, paints his own figures, and is hugely involved in that community. He's a perfect choice for Producer and Star because he will never deviate from the Lore and will hold everyone accountable.

It's the most nightmarish universe in all of sci-fi. It's the polar opposite of Star Wars in every conceivable way. Every single species is dead set on genociding every other one while trying to fight off literal Hell (Chaos), an extragalactic biological swarm (Tyrannids), and so much more.

The human population numbers well into the quintillions and battles can easily see billions die.
