Cabrini was good. I was wondering if that was going on during the same time as the Gangs of New York. That it would have been cool if they had a Bill the Butcher look alike in the background or something. But it turns out that Bill the Butcher would have been dead for over 20 years by the time Cabrini came to America.

My wife dragged me to religious based movies before, and the acting is usually terrible and everything looks small budget. But the Angel Studio dudes are different. The sets, acting, and whatnot are top notch. Looks no different than if a major studio did it.

Angel seems to be better than the others. It looks like the series, The Chosen, broke off from them... but that show was definitely at the nexus point for quality improvement.
