I felt like this was deserving of a separate thread. I was redecorating my home office and putting up all the stuff I have accrued over the years and a lot of it is Star Wars related.

I want to see what kind of cool **** you have. What is your favorite piece of merch, collectible, memorabilia, etc. This is definitely the thread to flex on.

I had a full set of original Star Wars action figures still in their boxes - along with others that I'd opened and used when I was a kid. Anyway, all of the unopened ones, and most of the others were sold at a massive garage sale while I was away at A&M. ***** stepmom played dumb, as did my dad.

I've been plenty pissed off in the course of my life, but this was one of the worst.

This is hanging on a wall in one of my bedrooms. It is a poster that was included in the original 2-LP score from the movie back in 1977. I also have the original novelizations and record albums, a collection of scale models I have built, and all of the original trilogy (pre-1997 releases) on laser disc (yes, laser disc). When I really started making money in my career and was still very much single with a DGAF attitude, I bought a lot of the re-release action figures and vehicles that Kenner originally made. This was in the mid 1990s. The figures were not reproductions of the originals from the 70-80s, though. Han Solo looks more like Arnold Schwarzenegger than Harrison Ford, for instance.

I got R2-D2 here on my birthday in 1978 and he's been with me in every place I've ever lived or worked for the past 46 years.

I just donated/gave away so much Star Wars stuff to a local charity to do with as they want (of course tax deductible).

200+ books
700+ comics
lots of OT action figures all open, none in box; many related playsets from the OT (including parts complete OG Death Star set
10 or so Revell model kits of various fighters (unassembled but complete
Laser Disc set of OT

Uh, donate them to me next time.

I think my most unusual or rare thing is probably something from the Galactic Starcruiser hotel. The Sabacc set and Chandrillian Orb cocktail glass which is what they served the Fiery Mustafarian drink in.

But my ultimate flex is that there is a minor character specifically named after me in one of the newer Star Wars High Republic novels
