Try your favorite bubbly over apple cider ice
Ingredients
1L Apple Cider
6 Oranges
1 Bottle of Champagne
Directions
1. Cut oranges into thin slices.
2. Place slices into large ice cube molds in a circular pattern until full.
3. Fill molds with apple cider.
4. Top frozen cubes with Champagne
MAPLE WHISKY SOUR
A classic Whisky Sour with that smooth maple taste
Ingredients
2 oz. Whisky
3/4 oz. Maple Syrup
Vanilla Extract
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Egg White
Bitters
Directions
1. Add whisky, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and 1 egg white to shaker.
2. Dry shake for 1 minute, and add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into glass and top with a dash of bitters.
