Today is the 30th anniversary of the release of Star Trek: Generations, Kirk's final time in a movie.

Today, the VFX studio OTOY along with the Roddenberry Estate released this phenomenal short film that I'm not even going to describe to you. It is instantly one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my whole life.
