Not sure what it means, but i can hope.

I don't think there's an amount of money I wouldn't pay to see them live.

Not a huge fan but I'd definitely go check out the show. If the Robinson brothers can do it hopefully the Gallagher brothers can too.

Big fan of the first three albums, after that they just tried to write stadium rock songs with big guitars. Evidently they also found the lost tapes of their first attempt to record Definitely Maybe which ultimately got **** canned. Bad thought they were forever lost and was recently found in the original recording study in a mismarked can. Interested to hear what it sounds like.

Never seen Oasis live, but I saw Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds last year and they put on a really good show. About half of the songs were old Oasis songs anyway. I'd like to see the actual Oasis line up though.

I saw them finally for the first time in 2005 in Dallas. Missed their '96 and '98 Dallas concerts (which have been the only times they've played Dallas). Excellent high energy show. Love or hate Liam, he has some serious swagger and stage presence for someone who's idle on stage. Definitely will travel for a reunion show if I have to.

They put on a helluva show at Austin Music Hall in April 1996.

Not sure how long this reunion will last, but I'd go see them again if they made it stateside.

in the uk yes, they are up there with beatles, queen..

morning glory sold over 5 million albums in UK. that's almost like double diamond for that country.

If we're talking overall tour #'s, it will depend on how many shows get added.

If we're talking about overall tour $'s, again it will depend on how many shows get added.

If we're talking market/secondary ticket prices, Taylor Swift going to have a significantly higher average price simply because Oasis doing large GA floors.

no positive but the comment Southlake made about taylor swift may be a reference to the article I posted on the concert thread

I think it's asinine to mention them in the same breath as The Beatles unless we are talking about their biggest influence but they did break some of the sales records of The Beatles at the height of their popularity.
