i feel any 4 from Led Zeppelin IV would be a worthy contender:

  • Black Dog
  • Rock And Roll
  • The Battle Of Evermore
  • Stairway To Heaven
  • Misty Mountain Hop
  • Four Sticks
  • Going To California
  • When The Levee Breaks

Beat me to it.

Led Zeppelin IV is kind of a cheat code though.

  • Mr. Brightside
  • Smile Like You Mean It
  • Somebody Told Me

Zeppelin - Zoso
1. Black Dog
2. Rock and Roll
3. Battle of Evermore
4. Stairway to Heaven

Green Day - Dookie
4. Longview
5. Welcome of Paradise
6. Pulling Teeth
7. Basket Case

Green Day - American Idiot

The Blue album was a hard one. Has to be a top 5 album of all time for me, and had to get Say It Ain't So in the list as well as Only in Dreams. I could honestly accept any 4-song range from that album.

Jimmy Eat World - Futures
3. Work
4. Kill
5. The World You Loved
6. Pain
