I think Friends is #1. They are still extremely close to this day, and from what I know, their equal negotiations with the network was unheard of at the time. That only happens when you actually care about your cast mates and aren't in it just for yourself.

I have to also second That 70's Show. The entire cast was just perfect.

I struggle to say How I met Your Mother because I always hated Robin, Ted is always a ******, and Lily later got extremely annoying. Barney had great chemistry with Ted and Marshall, but I never bought his relationship with Robin. That one never felt right to me. Marshall has great chemistry with everyone because Marshall is the only one of the show who was never horrible.

Last one for me: Scrubs.
