We used to have multiple concerts a year at G. Rollie. The Friday nights before every home football game were very popular. And these were top tier groups. Years later, I asked the employee (retired at the time) why they quit doing that and he said that it was because their fees were so out of control that they could no longer afford them.

In about 1972 or so, one particular performer had a concert at A&M who was becoming very famous famous, but when the concert didn't sell out, he got very upset and swore that he would never come to A&M again. It was supposedly the last concert he ever did that didn't sell out.

I'm not positive about it, but I think that it was Billy Joel.

I've attended just about every rock and metal band's shows over the years so no need to see them again.

Therefore the one band I haven't seen and am nominating here is ABBA.

I'd pay $$$$s to see that performance at Kyle
