From Jon Watts, the director of the last three Spider-Man movies and the first two episodes of FXs The Old Man. Cannot wait for this...

Each is a lone "wolf" who is now, begrudgingly, forced to work with the other. Hence the spelling. Basically, they're alone... together... as opposed to two "wolves" who are partners, etc.

It's also a great callback to Pulp Fiction

The track by Eric B. & Rakim made me smile.

Music is like cheese

It makes everything better.

I feel like Pitt's been in this movie before with Angelina when it was called Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I half expected Clooney to smack the guy in the head with a phone after Pitt gave him the options on how the interrogation is going to go down.

They even had the crowded dance floor scene and the car chase. I hope I'm wrong cause I like a good Pitt movie.

Man, this is disappointing hear, as I often trust Fennessey. It's currently at 72% on RT, which obviously isn't terrible, but isn't great either...

Wolfs released on Apple TV+ last night, btw.

Anyone else seen it yet?

I was going to make time to watch it this weekend, but I'm definitely in no hurry now.

Apple has some fantastic tv series, but I feel like every Apple movie I've watched could be described as incredibly mediocre. Not bad necessarily, just incredible average. They always have great casts, but always falls a little flat

Just finished it. It's good, not great. Enjoyed it, but don't need to see it again.

I can't think of a "good" Netflix movie, but I completely stopped trying to watch their garbage many years ago. Their shows can be decent, but I think they definitely go with the "quantity over quality" formula.

Rebel Ridge is good, but it's the exception to the rule.

Wolfs isn't good, it's worst sin is that it's boring. I don't blame the acting, I blame Jon Watts. I don't see how the guy who is responsible for the recent Spider-Man movies wrote and directed this. It's not particularly funny or engaging in any way, it's forgettable, it's pointless, I don't really get why it exists. I'll use another recent Apple Original to compare it to, The Instigators with Matt Damon and Casey Affleck. It had actual funny moments, better chases, better supporting cast, and I didn't find it boring. Both are essentially crime movies with comedic elements, but only one was actually fun, even if it's not great either. I at least didn't regret watching, and I don't remember checking the time to see how much was left to just get it done.

I agree with Max. This film was just boring. It was a two hour waste of my time.

I fell asleep…. Horribly slow. Instigators at least kept me entertained. I may have had too high of expectations based on their chemistry in Oceans. This missed.
