really good band that had 3 identities over the years
1- blues based with premium guitarist Peter Green and minor hit "Oh Well"
2- new singer Bob Welch with minor hit "Hypnotized"
3- new singer Stevie Nicks and they hit it big

Got into them in the late 90s when The Dance live album performance came out on HBO (a must see if you haven't seen it) and bought the album. Absolutely loved them, and when I went back and bought their older albums, I liked the live performances of their greatest hits on The Dance far far better than the original versions. To this day, I only listen mostly to The Dance versions of the songs.

I also refuse to go see them live unless Lindsey is with them.

One of my favorite bands. Earlier this year, Hit Parader had a really good podcast memorializing Christine McVie.

Saw them in concert in November 2019 followed by the final Eagles concert to usher in Covid which cancelled the tour the very next day in March of 2020.

Nice little 1-2 concert run. FM was awesome.

We were at that Eagles concert in Houston, March 8th or near that in 2020. Great show, and yeah, literally everything shut down after that.

About ten years ago I saw Lindsey and Christine McVie (RIP) perform live at Wolf Trap. Christine was in her 70s, and it showed in her performance. She apologized to the audience for not being up to snuff.

Must have been the following weekend or so in Dallas because they cancelled their Sunday(?) show and the world stopped on Monday.

Saw them in concert after Christine had retired from the group. They were great, but they sang only one of Christine's songs. Her's were my favorites….. You Make Lovin Fun, Everywhere, Little Lies.


I remember when Rumours came out. It was a sensation. Not a bad track on the album.

I really enjoy them but I've heard it's a really boring show. Also, I agree with the above, I would never see them without Lindsey. Also McVie's songs are some of my favorites, so they'll never be the same.

"Rumours" gets a lot of well-deserved praise, but I think "Mystery to Me" is their best album!
