I just subscribed, mainly for the sci-fi. There are several choices and I have read the reviews on IMDB, but would appreciate some input from those of you that have watched some of the shows. Can someone point me in the right direction? .....Thanx

I've seen the first 3 seasons of For All Mankind, really enjoying that
I liked Foundation, but I never read the books so I'm not cursed with being upset at a poor adaptation. I've read complaints about pacing, but I don't mind it when things move slowly and we get to live in the world for a few beats
Severance is really good

Seconded on Silo, I'd say Severance qualifies as sci-fi as well in a more grounded sort of way (more Black Mirror-esque). Monarch is also off to a good start (3 eps in).

Tehran was pretty good if you're into spy thrillers.

Silo does have an extreme slow down in middle of the season that lasts almost to finale.

Foundation!!! Season 2 is excellent.

If you or someone in your household is into musicals, I would recommend Schmigadoon.

I haven't seen as many shows but of the ones I have seen here's my rankings:

1. Ted Lasso - one of my favorite shows of all time, it's the only show I've ever watched that feels therapeutic when I'm feeling down.
2. Black Bird - only one season, but it's outstanding. It's kind of like True Detective but set in prison.
3. Slow Horses - third season just started, it's built around an MI5 office, but not their best and brightest, Gary Oldman is great.
4. For All Mankind - only a couple of seasons in but I really like it, entire concept is built around what would the space program be like if the Soviets got to the moon first.
5. Silo - apocalyptic sci-fi mystery, it's slow but it's kept me watching and I'll be back for the second season.
6. Foundation - I really like the first season, second season hasn't been my favorite, kind of stopped watching after I started For All Mankind.
7. Mythic Quest - haven't seen a ton yet, but a promising comedy based on the episodes I've watched.
8. Monarch - I can't figure out if I like this show yet, I like the concept but I think it's pretty sloppy in execution so far.
9. Invasion - first season was so bad I don't know that I can bring myself to watch season 2.

The shows are all pretty terrible

I love Mythic Quest. No one else in my family likes it, but I think it's hilarious. Maybe it's because I'm in software development and love video games, but it hits a sweet spot for me.

Invasion had a slow season one but made up for it i season two. Overall a nice series.

Silo is my favorite. I really enjoyed S1 of Foundation but only watched the first episode of S2. There was so much of the season 1 story I forgot that I need to rewatch some of it or find a good synopsis to read before going back.

Severance has always been painfully slow to me. I might be 2/3 through at most. I'll finish it one day.

We really enjoyed Invasion. Season 1 is slow for a long time but each episode still gets you to watch the next. Once it picks up, that carries well into S2.

Lessons in Chemistry is very good, a bit on the feminist agenda side but justifiably so from that perspective. She subtlely evolves from an autistic to a more normal person.

I read, or rather listened to the prequel of the Silo Series Dust, haven't gotten around to the next one, yet...interesting story(s). Howie seems to be fixated on feminine protagonist as I'm watching Beacon 23 on MGM.

Loved the first season of this, and season 2 couldn't hold me more than like an episode and a half. Hard to recreate that magic.

Nobody has mentioned the Morning Show, but I really enjoy that one as well.

Good list

Not Sci-Fi but worth a watch on Apple TV+
1) We also loved Ted Lasso, but stopped in the middle of the first episode of the last season. One of these days we may try to continue past "Rebecca goes to Keeley's office scene".
3) Slow Horses is just phenomenal British spy stuff. Gary Oldman is outstanding. We binged the first 2 seasons back to back. In anticipation of season 3 we went to watch a 15 minute recap of the first season and realized we remembered almost no details, but we do remember that we loved it.

Sci-Fi
4) For All Mankind - I am trying to get my family to watch past the first episode. They said it was too slow.
5) Silo - I was shocked my wife enjoyed this as much as she did being claustrophobic.
6) Foundation - We never read the books - We felt the first season was not a good as the second for us.
9) Invasion - It is "War of the Worlds" type story. Finished both seasons, not sure what to think about a 3rd.
