It's no more distracting than anything else along the Strip. The only time I'd risk driving down that street (not that I didn't do it when younger) is between 4-6 am. Not many people out at that time of day.Roll the Bones said:

For the bottom picture (inside), it did look like the ceiling was coming down. There was another point in the show where it felt like the whole arena was moving. The images are so realistic.

Here's my question. It looks amazing, but if U2 wasn't there, and it was simply an audio track, how much would it have affected things? Genuinely curious.
I would have loved to see the movie that is showing there, but it only plays on days when U2 isn't playing. The screen was used heavily for some parts of the show, other parts not much was happening on the screen.
I do enjoy U2 concerts, but I've seen them before. I've never seen anything like that screen.
When we go to our seats, my friend asked if that was the screen, or if we were looking through it. It looked like a segmented concrete wall. Nothing moved until the concern started, then it "opened".
Prior to the concert, there is no way I would have dropped $50 or $60 on a movie, now it's a no brainer.

What section were you in? We are going in December. Originally were going in October but they came back and said because of where my seats were, I would have a partially obstructed view of the screens and offered to put us in better seats for a later show. Cannot wait.
Same thing happened for us. We were in Sec. 104 (right on the aisle with 105).
Awesome, we are in the 100's as well, so should be similar view. Really looking forward to it.
According to this TikTok anything past row 20 in the 100s section will have an obstructed view of the ceiling or "sky" because the 200 section hangs over.

What does it do to motion sick folks? They start moving the backdrop a bunch and I might yak. Prolly sound better than Bono, but still.
Hell, I don't even need live music. I would lay bank to sit in there and listen to something like Sgt Pepper while high. Can't even imagine on shrooms.
CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.
What most people fail to realize is that the sound in there is even more important to the show than the visuals. It's state of the art and I believe the only venue in the world to have Atmos for a live performance. That alone would be worth going to a show there. A buddy of mine has a ridiculous audio setup in his house and listening to an album I know backwards & forwards in Atmos is a mind blowing experience. There's stuff in there you've never heard before and it comes at you from all different angles. It cost him a **** ton but if you can afford it then it is absolutely worth the money.
