Paul Reubens's father Milton Rubenfeld was a British, American, and Israeli hero. He volunteered as pilot for the RAF before US entered the war, the later for the USAAF. He was also one of the original 5 combat pilots in the IAF, volunteering in 1948.

I am sure it was my age, but I laughed so hard at that movie.

I probably had just watched some Great White North on video before going to that movie, and I'll still say quotes/references from that movie like "let's talk about your big but", or "I say we let him go!" or tell someone to check out the basement of the Alamo or the clapping from "The Stars at Night, are big and bright..."

Generally, nobody in my family knows what I refer to, so the landing of these quotes is pretty bad.

i've seen the recent PeeWee big holiday movie probably 6 times, and my kids love it!

I've always liked the PeeWee persona, and would def notice if he was not around anymore, considering it was brought back to life recently.

Never would have guessed he was 70 years old.

Figured he was in his late 50s / early 60s.

I loved Pee Wee's Big Adventure. He was a true original, and he indeed brought me joy. I am sad to hear of his passing. That was a sweet final note that he left his fans.
