Can't star this enough. Jo acted like a belligerent ******* when talking to senior operators/officers but then walked around with tears in her eyes and boo-hooing after every operation. Act like the leader you're supposed to be. It's also amazing that her life-threatening wound healed up fast enough for her to participate in chaotic combat. Other than her character (and I know she's the main character), I enjoyed watching the series.Magneto said:

It is extremely laughable in many situations. You could tell a great story about women doing these kinds of missions if they didn't go so hard into girl-boss mode all the time. It gives me whiplash going from Zero Dark Thirty-like stuff and them jumping into MCU-like stuff.
It's like... make up your mind. Are we going gritty CIA grounded stories or is Black Widow running around kicking everyone's ass like a super-hero?
ETA: Spoilers for the end of S1: I actually liked the assassination scene of the HVT. The full-on surprise and brutal stabbing is the type of **** someone like this could really pull off well. Not man-handling a Delta operator. I remember being impressed with that scene. No hesitation... it was shocking and brutal.

No I do not, they are only 15 min long.
My reasoning is at the end of the show she shoots two bad guys and calls in that her cover is blown.
If her cover is blown, then she and her family would be pulled from the house.
However apparently in the future, after a very delightful morning in her kitchen with her family, she then gets into her car in her driveway, and is kidnapped. Why is she still in the house after she caps two Russians in her front yard, and her cover is blown? Pretty bad CIA work or bad writing?

I thought it was a different home.
But that whole opening was dumb. She realizes she's blackjacked but locks up the brakes trying to stop the push instead of hitting the gas and running? Thought she was supposed to be a bad ass operator.
