With Oppenheimer imminent, what's everyone's consensus on where Nolan's films rank (as a director)? For me, I seem to only ever like his movies more with additional time and viewings. My personal list is below, and I'm impressed by how tight they are grouped in my head.
Inception
The Dark Knight
Interstellar
Dunkirk
Tenet
Memento
Batman Begins
The Prestige
Insomnia
The Dark Knight Rises
Inception as #1 is really the only thing that's not flexible for me, though I feel like I could make an argument for any of TDK, Interstellar, and Dunkirk. Tenet and Memento are WTF am I watching experiences that age better with time. Batman Begins was such a fresh take that was everything I wanted in a Batman movie. The Prestige and Insomnia are both excellent films as well.
