Here's a few hip hop albums that I feel have great closing tracks, though they all share the similar trait of long spoken word to close it out. Personally, I always like these type of closing tracks and stories as a way to end a rap album, but I can see why some would disagree:

Speaking of hip hop albums........the closing track to Ice Cube's Death Certificate. No Vaseline.
