Miley is a very good country singer. Decent pop star. She gets a lot of crap from her personal choices from her 20's. I much prefer her today compared to the other big pop stars that blew up around at the same time (Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, etc.)

Bangerz is a pretty solid pop album.

I agree. Always sounded like she has cotton stuffed in her nose and mouth and she's struggling to sing through it.

That is correct. I predicted the scores of Games 1 and 2 of the ALDS series and Game 2 of the World Series. And yet, I'm still having to pay income taxes.

She's no Martina McBride.

But I appreciate her attention to reach beyond her zone to great singers of other genres. Sting does the same thing. He deliberately seeks out great performers outside his genre to create with.

There's something to be said of that.

I saw him in Vegas at the house of blues, right on the floor, 20 feet from him. He put on a HELL of a show. The dude is nothing but energy and looked great for his age. That small venue was a great place to see him.

How can you tell in this day and age w/ pitch correction and autotune? Even live performances are pitch corrected now days.
