I would love to see a sequel of what the scientists replacing the survivors go thru in later years. That is a top 5 Spielberg movie for me

CE3K is one of the best science fiction movies ever put to film. It is one that I will stop to watch any time I see it on TV.

I'd think a sequel might look a bit like Cocoon the Return, only in this case, Richard Dreyfuss comes back to Earth and says to Teri Garr, "remember me?" But the flip side of that would be what Earth scientists learned with the ET that stayed behind.

You should do that, and then post one of your reviews.

That and Star Wars coming out so close to each other basically changed the science fiction genre from B movie to the top of the movie world.

The infamous bet over the two movies…

It would have to be heavily CGI because the humans that came out of the UFO in CE3K hadn't aged in Earth years. The WW2 pilots looked like they were still 25 years old.

As a kid, the abduction scene and the gas helicopters scared me worse than Jaws. I could read where great white sharks typically roamed, so it didn't scare me to go to Texas beaches. But there is no research on whether or not I could be sucked through the dog door if the aliens arrived.

Saw an article today that Harrison Ford has been de-aged for the upcoming Indiana Jones movie to appear as he did in the original movies. So de-aging Dreyfuss should certainly be possible.

Is this legit or an urban legend?

Scientology is rumored to be the result of a bet between L Ron Hubbard and Robert Heinlein but that's never been verified.

Yep. So was the shot coming down the chimney when Melinda Dillon reached in to close the flue.

Your thoughts on the current controlled extraterrestrial disclosure process and related US GOV cover-up? When the nervous giggling stops, what will be the potential implications?

Do we really want to know the full truth?

How might disclosure effect sci-fi related media such as movies etc?

Thoughts on disclosure? Seeing data suggesting et is very involved in the current cover-up.

But yes, I had another very important issue to expose and take care of. It was something that wasn't allowed on TA. Had to expand to other media platforms. Now that's been resolved...
