Best **** Hendrix ever did. If you've never listened to it check out Songs For Groovy Children. The box set came out about 3 years ago and it is almost the complete 4 shows they did over two nights on 12/31/69 & 1/1/70. They attempted one more show on 1/28/70 but it only lasted a song & a half. That is the extent of of the BOG existence yet it was mind-blowing stuff. So raw & groovy. I wish they could have had more time to create. I was lucky enough to meet Buddy Miles a couple times before he passed. Closest I'll ever get to meeting Hendrix.

Miles Davis was at one of these concerts and the two planned on making an album together. Oh, what could have been.
