ok, not from a movie but a moment that stands out in my mind of completely losing my sht and re-watching the scene and progressively became even more hysterical. But the Seinfeld episode where Kramer found the Merv Griffin set and put it up in his apartment and he was acting like he was hosting to an invisible audience. I can still picture his face in detail to this day

I know it's a comedy and supposed to elicit a lot of laughs, but the shot in Animal House when Belushi is in the cafeteria line. Shoving bananas in his pocket. Picking up a hamburger and shoving the entire thing down his throat. Then when he picks up the plate with the green jell-o, looks around, then slurps it down and returns the plate to the rack. Hell, just typing all of this is making me laugh.

Pretty much any scene with Jonathan Winters in It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
The biggest laugh from totally out of nowhere was when they're dancing at the wedding. That is one of the biggest lol moments I've ever had at a movie. The look when they hear the band drop the f-bomb during total eclipse of the heart is just so good.Bonzer103 said:

To this day, the only time I've had uncontrollable laughter come out in a movie theater, is the scene from 40-Year Old Virgin when Carrell goes into the bathroom to pee in the morning with morning wood and starts wizzing all over the place.
