For me it's gotta be Randy Marsh. Utterly clueless, trapped with trying to be younger than he is/wants to be "cool".

I always felt Family Matters hit all the major points of parenthood throughout its series. While I was a white kid in a slightly poor family, I saw a perspective on the show that I appreciated.
